A great example of the fresh provence rosé, that does not need the southern weather or a holiday to provence to bring out its best qualities.

A racy wine, light peony and a glimmer of fuchsia.

Nose: Floral and fruity with hints of passion fruit, raspberries, peach.

Taste: complex structure, with an abundance of surprising flavours.

This wine is featured in some of the great wine shops in Paris as and top restaurants and hotels in Paris

Serve between 10 - 12 C. This wine can be served as an aperitif but also pairs well with fish soup (boullabaisse), grilled fish and meat as well as with fresh foie gras (goose or duck liver).

Area: Provence.

The name "Eleonore" has been chosen on purpose because of its significance. "Alienor" of Aquitaine married King Henry II and brought the wines of Bordeaux to the English. Eléonore, countess of Provence carried the wines of Provence to the English with her marriage of King Henry III.
