(£14.17 per bottle)This is a great medium-sweet wine to go as an aperitif or with desserts. This wine is certified as organic.
Made from the Chenin Blanc grape, grown on clay and quartz gravel on slate. The grapes had too much potential simply to remain as a dry white wine. Manually harvested.
Winemaking: Slow pressing and fermentation in barrels. Malolactic fermentation and aging in oak for 12 months.
Taste: Fresh, rich, sweet, round yet with good acidity and refreshing.
The wine has 50g / L of residual sugar.

Serve cool, but not cold. Serving suggestions include pairing with cheese: stilton, roquefort, other blue cheese. The winemaker suggests to pair with Peking Duck. Vinifera Boutique suggestion: Cheesecake made from slightly sour berries, such as raspberries.
