French Wine Tasting – Paris Pavillon Kléber October 27th

Posted on 28th October 2009

As Vinifera Boutique await their Bordeaux wines to arrive, a wine tasting in Paris was the perfect opportunity to look more at the next selection…

It was great to taste the wines at the Pavillon Kléber in Paris yesterday. Top names were present and tastings included Mas de Daumas Gassac from Langueoc-Rousillon, Chateau de Pibarnon from Bandol, the Joseph Perrier Champagne range, as well as 80 or so other top names. The Mas de Daumas Gassac new Tiré was a great opportunity to see the next years wine and the Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royal Brut and their Blanc de Blancs from only Chardonnay were definately some wines to keep in mind. The most striking tastes were probably from the wines of Jura, especially the red wines such as the award winning red from Domaine de la Pinte.
